ATHENA is our Exquisite Graph Database, connecting global data with relationships that individual records miss. Explore more than 22 billion nodes, 28 billion relationships, 4 trillion selectors, and 4 billion files spanning people, organizations, places, and events. ETL (extract, transform, and load) ingests and prepares data from diverse sources, while ontology defines the entities and relationships that connect them in a searchable graph. Our graph is built approximately every two weeks to incorporate new data, while traceable exploration keeps the context behind each discovery in view. ATHENA supports GraphRAG for AI-powered search, relationship discovery, and traceable results. RHEA is the policy-enforced AI Router behind AI requests across iCYLON. Whether you are analyzing a map in APOLLO or running collaborative workflows in ZEUS, RHEA connects every platform to approved AI models through one model-agnostic gateway. RHEA checks AI prompts and commands against operational policies, blocks requests that violate them, and routes approved requests to authorized models. When a cached response is available, RHEA can reuse it instead of making another model call, reducing repeat requests and token usage. Review active policies, model usage, GPU resources, routing history, and cache activity from one place. Keep AI access controlled and traceable without slowing down the work.

Our Common Data Fabric (CDF) allows Interagency Agreements to share and disseminate documents, data streams, and more. Data is encrypted in encapsulated packages: sensitive, classified data stays locked down using different keys per classification, while metadata can be searched for discoverability. DEMETER is integrated with ZEUS supported by our Collaborative Agentic AI Framework for cross platform access.
